FibreControl FibreControl supplies soluble dietary fibre in easy-to-dose powder form. The fibers are obtained from the sap of the Acacia Senegal, a tree that grows mainly in Africa and Asia. Acacia fiber consists of 90% soluble fiber. FibreControl provides 7.5 grams of acacia fibre per dose. Fermentable acacia fibres Dietary fiber is a carbohydrate that cannot be digested and absorbed by our intestines. These fibers arrive undigested in the large intestine. FibreControl supplies fermentable acacia fibres. This means that the fibers can be used by the bacteria in the large intestine as a substrate (fuel), where they are converted into short-chain fatty acids, such as butyric acid (butyrate). Fiber supplement Our contemporary Western diet is generally low in fiber. The average Dutch person eats only 20 grams of fiber per day, while the Health Council recommends 30-40 grams. FibreControl can be used as a supplement to daily fibre intake. The product can be taken at any time of the day, with or without a meal. FODMAP friendly FibreControl is certified FODMAP friendly. This means that it is also suitable for people who follow a diet low in fermentable sugars, fiber and polyols. This is because the acacia fibers are converted into short-chain fatty acids very gradually and without side effects or bloating.

Empfohlene Dosierung

Consumption advice: Stir 1 or 2 measuring spoons (1 measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 2.5 g) into water or juice 2 times a day. Preferably taken with a meal.
